Former Manchester United and Portugal star Nani has officially announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 38.
The winger, who enjoyed a career spanning over two decades, shared the news through a heartfelt social media video.
In his message, he expressed gratitude to everyone who supported him through the highs and lows, saying, “It’s been an amazing ride… Time to turn a new leaf and focus on new goals and dreams.” Nani’s retirement marks the end of a remarkable journey filled with unforgettable memories and major trophies.
Nani began his professional career with Sporting CP before joining Manchester United in 2007, where he spent eight successful years, winning four Premier League titles and a Champions League trophy.
