Lazio Fires Eagle Mascot Handler Over Controversial Online Prosthetic Kpenis Post

Lazio Football Club has made headlines after severing ties with Juan Bernabe, the falconer who handled their iconic eagle mascot, Olimpia.

Bernabe, who had managed the bird since the 2010-11 season, was dismissed following the publication of explicit images and videos on his private social media.

These posts, which were meant to raise awareness about his recent implant surgery, sparked outrage and prompted Lazio to act swiftly, citing the need to uphold the club’s values.

In a statement, Lazio expressed regret over the situation, acknowledging the disappointment fans may feel with the absence of the eagle during upcoming matches. However, they emphasized that it was “impossible to associate our historical symbol with such an individual.

” Bernabe defended his actions, explaining that he aimed to normalize discussions around his medical procedure and grew up in a naturist family.
